Terms of service

A tile on the board, sized in proportion to the total you have paid, linking to the address you submitted. Nothing else is promised.

We do not guarantee any amount of traffic, any number of clicks, any rank, or that the board will be visited by anyone at all. Rank is a consequence of what everyone else pays, so it changes without notice and can only be defended by paying more.

Your tile shrinks in relative terms whenever anyone else pays. That is the product working as described, not a fault.

A tile stays on the board for as long as the board exists. There is no subscription and no renewal.

We may stop operating the board at any time. If we do, tiles stop being displayed and no refund is owed for time not served, because you did not buy time. You bought a place on a board that exists for as long as it exists.

A product website, or an X profile. You must own it or be authorised to promote it.

You may not list chat or group invite links, adult content, malware, phishing pages, content that infringes someone else's rights, or anything unlawful where you or your visitors are.

You may not use the board to link to content that misrepresents an affiliation with us or with anyone else.

We may hide or remove any tile at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms, exposes us to legal risk, or harms visitors.

Payments are non refundable. A tile removed for breaking these terms is not refunded. A tile we remove for our own reasons, where you did nothing wrong and we will not put it back, is refunded in full. The refunds page is the whole policy.

Payment does not buy immunity from removal, and paying more does not buy more of it.

You keep ownership of your name, description, logo, and the page you link to. You grant us permission to display them on the board, in previews of the board, and in the emails we send you about your tile.

You are responsible for everything you submit, including that you have the right to use the logo we fetch from your page.

The board is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may change these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Changes are not retroactive: a payment already made is governed by the terms as they were when you paid.
