The address you submitted, the name and description shown on the tile, a copy of your site's icon, the amount paid, and the number of clicks the tile has sent.

All of that is public. It is the tile.

Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your card number.

We store the Stripe identifiers for your checkout and payment, the amount, and the email address Stripe collects, which we use to send your receipt and the link that lets you edit your tile.

Stripe's own handling of your data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

A single cookie named bidtree-visitor, holding a random identifier and nothing else. It is used to count how many people have visited and how many are on the board right now. It is not shared, not sold, and not linked to anything else.

We record that a click happened on a tile, and when. We do not record who clicked.

There is no third party advertising, no tracking pixels, and no cross-site profiling.

When you place a tile we fetch the address you gave us once, from our server, to read its title, description, and icon. We identify ourselves as our own bot. We do not crawl the rest of the site and we do not fetch it again afterwards.

Tile data lasts as long as the tile. Individual click records are deleted after 48 hours, leaving only the total.

Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting a tile removes it from the board; payment records we are legally required to keep will remain.
